If the propeller is repairable the process is the following: Check the offset of the blades from reference line following:
- Straightenig blades +/1 mm for final offst
- Welding the missing partu by argon gas welding
- Grinding welded material as the same level of existing blade
- Griding leading and trailing edge contour to retrive the original blade area
- Check angular value between each blade to guarantee blade passing through the same plan. Finishing the blade
- Balancing the propeller on the electronic balancing machine
